One of the primary reasons consumers choose to buy a product is that they know it works. Our team is constantly improving the LucyRed products to ensure our consumers are satisfied.
Shipping Options and Receiving Your Order
Currently, all of our products are shipped via USPS. On occasion, local orders are sent via our LucyRed Courier Service. Other shipping options will be added in the future.
Shipping Restrictions
We’re sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations for orders placed online. However, we are actively working on adding international shipping options.
Package Tracking
To track a package, please use the USPS link. Additional information regarding your order will be sent via email. REMEMBER to check your SPAM.
Accepted Payments
We accept all major credit cards. You have the option to pay with your credit card via the checkout cart or use our PayPal option to pay for your online orders.
Shipping Times
We try to process all orders within 48-hours of receipt. Orders received after 2pm CST will be processed the next business day. There are no weekend or holiday shipments.
