Currently, all of our products are shipped via USPS. However, we are always looking for ways to get products to you faster and in a more cost effective way.
We’re sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations for orders placed online. However, we are actively working on adding international shipping options.
We have our inventory stored in various locations by region to ensure faster delivery. Therefore, if the item you order is not in our Texas warehouse, it will ship from a warehouse outside of Texas.
Shopping on our site is safe. We use some of the best end-to-end encryption available. Additionally, PayPal is our preferred e-commerce shopping platform of choice. All information is securely transmitted.
Neither LucyRed nor its users are ever allowed to use your personal or financial information outside of the LucyRed online marketplace.
We accept all major credit cards. You have the option to pay securely with your credit card via the checkout cart or use our PayPal option to pay for your online orders.
Yes. But we also offer discounts to medical personnel and police offers. Just submit a help desk ticket via email to support@lucyred.freshdesk.com and our support team will provide you the requirements to get your awesome discount.
Once we receive your order, our team gets to work. However, due to the high volume of orders, our normal processing time from processing to shipping is 2-business days.

Yes, sort of. Brand Ambassadors promote the LucyRed brand everywhere, share their affiliate link and get paid to attend events with Team LucyRed. Also, get paid 10% commission when their link is used to place and pay for an order online.
Brand Ambassadors also promote the LucyRed Brand via Open Assignments and are paid daily, based on the event specifics.
The Affiliates share their personal LucyRed affiliate link and share awesome content on their social media accounts about LucyRed…and get paid 10% commission when their link is used to place and pay for an order online.
Affiliate and Brand Ambassadors FAQ's
All commission payments are issued through Romaco Business Solutions, LLC.
This is a two-part answer:
Brand Ambassadors who attend Open Assignment Events are paid daily, if there are no issues in verifying the content.
Affiliate payments, which are orders made through your assigned affiliate link are distributed on the 15th of every month via PayPal and/or CashApp.

Most of the venues require the individual to be 21-years old to purchase alcohol. Therefore, we “request” our Brand Ambassadors to be 21-years old.
Although, we do have many Open Assignments that are 18+.
Yes. We will provide Brand Ambassadors with free beverages, t-shirts and other SWAG.
Yes. You must pay for shipping which is $7.95 for those that are local to Austin, Texas and $15.00 outside of the Greater Austin, Texas area.
You CANNOT pick-up your products from the LucyRed Corporate office.
Once you create an Affiliate Profile and a Portal Account you will be sent a link to order your Energy Drinks.
It’s kind of rare that you wouldn’t receive your payment. But in the event that you do not, please chat with customer service or submit a SUPPORT TICKET.
From time to time you will see creatives in your affiliate portal. These are promotions that pay higher commissions and/or may be a spotlight on a particular event or product promotion.
